By accessing or using FlopForge, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using the service. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.

• Study of bounded postflop games, offline review, and controlled strategy research.
• Use or export of results in compliance with law, poker-platform rules, and third-party rights.

• Do not use FlopForge for live table assistance, automated betting, table scraping, mouse automation, or evading platform controls.
• Do not attack the service, import malicious data, bypass safety restrictions, or interfere with others.
• Do not present model frequencies or experimental results as guarantees of real-world profit.

FlopForge software, branding, copy, graphics, and interface are closed-source product materials. Except where applicable law expressly permits, access does not grant a right to copy, republish, sell, create misleading derivative versions, or impersonate an official build.

The research preview may contain errors, experimental limits, or incomplete capabilities, and may change, pause, or be removed. Results must be interpreted together with inputs, model scope, and quality indicators.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlopForge is not liable for gambling losses, platform sanctions, decisions based on incorrect inputs or misunderstood results, data loss, or indirect loss. You are responsible for local law and platform rules.
