HAND REPLAY
Local poker hand replayer with rule validation
A useful hand replayer must be more than a text box. It should reject impossible action order, duplicate cards, illegal raises, and board events that do not follow Flop–Turn–River.
Replay the event sequence, not only the final pot
FlopForge rebuilds the hand from blinds, antes, positions, stacks, private evidence, actions, and board events. Each accepted event produces a new checkpoint and an auditable pot/stack ledger.
This catches errors that a final-state calculator cannot see, such as the wrong player acting first or a short all-in being treated as a full raise.
The board always follows 3 / 1 / 1
Preflop has no community cards. The Flop reveals exactly three, the Turn one, and the River one. All-in runouts still advance in that order.
A replay should never jump from no board directly to four cards or reveal two cards as the River event.
Analysis stays downstream of rule truth
Exact equity and strategy analysis only make sense after the rules engine accepts the recorded state. Background analysis must never prevent the user from recording what actually happened at the table.

Questions this page should not hide
Does it support multiway pots?
The current live replay scope is heads-up no-limit Hold’em. Multiway side pots, rake, ICM, insurance, and multiple runouts are outside the declared scope.
What does wager-to mean?
It is the actor’s cumulative commitment on the current street, not merely the extra chips added by that click.
Can I continue recording while analysis runs?
That is the intended architecture: rule replay is the primary path and longer equity/strategy work must remain background analysis.
